MMEE is comprised of two parts:

The Expo begins with an opportunity for students to meet and network with school recruiters to learn more about school systems and organizations.

Students schedule interviews online prior to the event by applying in Careers4Terps. Any remaining interview times are made available to interested candidates on the day of the Expo.
