During these sessions our staff help University of Maryland (College Park) undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni (exception below) plan solutions for career-related concerns while identifying appropriate Center resources, programs, and services.

During these appointments you can learn how to:

 
  • Identify and explore educational/career interests
  • Search for internships/jobs
  • Make career decisions
  • Network and conduct informational interviews
  • Write effective resumes and cover letters
  • Prepare for interviews
  • Use social media tools in job searches
  • Use online career tools
  • Apply to graduate school

 







SCHEDULING A CAREER ASSISTANCE APPOINTMENT

For currently enrolled students and alumni who graduated three years or less from today

(Recent alumni:  Graduated since June 1, 2010)

Make an appointment 24/7 on our Online Appointment SYStem:

                  OASYS!  

If you don't have a Careers4Terps account you will be asked to create one as part of the appointment making process.


You may also make and cancel appointments by calling the Front Desk at 301.314.7225 during the day, Monday through Friday     Hours


For alumni who graduated more than three years ago

(Graduated in May 2009 or before this date)
